Frequently-Asked Questions…
What's A Meet & Greet?
A Meet & Greet, also known as a Trial Meeting, is a relaxed, no-pressure way for us to connect before booking. It’s completely free and lasts about 15 to 30 minutes—enough time to chat, explore the space, and discuss important details about your pup’s care. This first meeting isn’t about making instant best friends—it’s simply an introduction, a chance for your dog to take in new surroundings and get familiar with us!
Dogs, like people, take time to adjust to new environments and relationships. Just because they don’t immediately hit it off doesn’t mean they won’t get along! Barking, whining, or even a little grumbling and growling are all normal ways dogs communicate as they navigate new experiences. With patience and understanding, they’ll settle in before you know it.
While Meet & Greets aren’t required, they’re a great way to ensure we’re the right fit. If you’re interested in booking, I recommend doing so soon after, as spots can fill up quickly—especially around holidays. This is your opportunity to ask questions, get familiar with the space, and start things off on the right paw.
What Should I Pack For My Poochie?
Be sure to pack your pet’s leash and any comfort items such as a favorite toy, t-shirt, or blanket that smells like home. We have lots of toys, and two huge yards for the pups to frolic in.
For indoors we’ve got a selection of dogs puzzles
For boarding clients: please bring enough food for the entire stay, and don’t forget treats and chews to make their time here even more enjoyable.
If you’d like to provide a list of general care instructions and guidelines you can bring them written down, or you can send them to me electronically -especially pertaining to the furbaby’s health and wellness.
