It’s All About Your Doggo!
• All About Pup: What does your doggo like to do? What don’t they like? Are they a super chewer? Are they allowed on the furniture? Do they like to be held? How many photos would you like per day? Don’t want to be disturbed or want lots of updates throughout the day? How best can I cater to your doggo’s needs and preferences?
• Special Needs & Health Considerations: Please let me know about any specific needs, allergies, aversions, or special instructions for your pet. This ensures I can provide the best possible care tailored to your furry friend. Notify me in advance if your dog has anxiety so that I can make preparations. I have experience with nervous puppers, and I can create a peaceful place for them to rest and acclimate.
• Registration & Licensing: As required by law in Marysville, all dogs over the age of four months must be registered and tagged. Please ensure your pet is up-to-date on this before their stay.
• Spaying/Neutering Requirement: For the safety and well-being of all pets, all dogs must be altered (spayed/neutered).
• Emergency Contact Information: In the event that I need to reach you, please provide emergency contact details if you will be inaccessible during your pet's stay. Additionally, feel free to share vaccination records or any prescriptions if applicable.
• What to Bring: Be sure to pack your pet’s leash and any comfort items such as a favorite toy, t-shirt, or blanket that smells like home. For boarding clients, please bring enough food for the entire stay, and don’t forget treats and chews to make their time here even more enjoyable.
• Respecting Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times: Please refrain from visiting outside of designated drop-off and pick-up times unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. While my business, Gone Dog: Boarding & Daycare, is my place of work, it is also my home, and I kindly ask that you respect this. My business closes for the night at 6:30 PM.
• Extended Care: For boarding, Rover bills per night, up to 24 hours. If your pick-up time is later than that, then you may be charged more to cover the cost of extended care. This rate varies based on how much additional time is provided for extended care. If the extended care is more than 2 hours or up to 8 additional hours, clients will pay an additional amount that is 50% of the nightly rate. If the extended care is more than 8 additional hours, clients will pay an additional amount that is 100% of the nightly rate.
• Agreement: By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms as a contract between you (the Owner) and me (the Sitter). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! I look forward to giving your pet a wonderful, safe, and enjoyable experience.
